With subscription, our Technical Customer Support Expert will work with your company to create and customize pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms for your fleet. We then create your company’s personalized QR Codes for you to attach to each vehicle.

When your driver scans each code, they will be brought to your digital fleet where they select which vehicle they are inspecting, complete the form, and submit. If everything passes inspection, the report will be added to your fleet management page to view as needed.

During the inspection, if your driver finds a defective item, upon submission an email will be sent to your company’s designated account, providing and instant alert to the appropriate team member.
